Andrew’s 15 years experience as a Senior Systems Administrator as well as being an avid pilot, has honed his skills in being a stickler for attention to details. This trait alone has brought him great success in his Real Estate business, this coupled with his Doctorate in Computer Information as well as his MBA, makes for a an individual that know what it takes, and will go the extra mile to get the job done.
Andrew began his Real Estate career in 2003 working for Century21. He quickly rose to be one of the top producing agents in Kissimmee/Orlando. After just a year in Real Estate he successfully earned his Brokers license and went on to open his own Brokerage. He has been the Broker/owner of a successful independent agency, SunQuest Investment Realty as well as being the Broker/owner of a national franchise, Remax Premier Properties. Additionally, he is also a licensed Florida insurance agent which allows him to serve his clients by sharing insight and wisdom on the ins and outs as well as the costs of insuring their home.
Andrew lives and works by his statement, “Real Estate is not rocket science. The most important thing you can, and must do as a professional is to listen to your clients.” He has built a following by focusing on bringing buyers and sellers to the table and negotiating a deal that is beneficial to both parties. Andrew knows that most people see buying or selling a home as one of the major events in their lives so he takes a personal interest in making sure that he guides the process to provide a favorable outcome for his clients.

Andrew volunteers as a consultant for T-Lo golf academy’s web site. T-Lo golf is a non-profit organization that teaches inner city kids the game of golf.
